Privacy Policy

Plantrics ("we", "us") runs the early-access list at plantrics.app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are. The short version: we collect your email address to send you early-access updates you asked for — and nothing else.

What we collect

We use no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking scripts of any kind.

Why we collect it

One purpose only: to email you about Plantrics early access and launch. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time — see Unsubscribe.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in a database hosted in a data centre in the European Union. Our hosting provider processes it on our behalf under a data-processing agreement and cannot use it for its own purposes.

One third-party note: fonts

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which technically transmits your IP address to Google. Google states these requests are not used for profiling. If you prefer to avoid this, a content blocker will not affect the site's function.

Who we share it with

No one, beyond the hosting provider above. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your email address with third parties for their own use.

How long we keep it

Until Plantrics launches and the early-access programme ends, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Unsubscribing removes your email from our database entirely; we don't keep a shadow copy.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or export the data we hold about you, or to restrict or object to its use. See our GDPR page for the full list and how to exercise them. The fastest route for deletion is the unsubscribe page.

Terms of Use

Welcome to Plantrics. These terms cover your use of the plantrics.app website and the early-access list. By using the site or joining the list, you agree to them. They're short — the app itself isn't out yet.

What the early-access list is

Joining the list reserves a place in line for early access to the Plantrics app. It's free, and no payment details are ever requested. A place on the list is an expression of interest — it doesn't create a contract for delivery of the app, and we can't guarantee a launch date, specific features, or that early access reaches everyone at once.

Referrals

After joining you get a personal invite link. Sharing it with friends may move you up the list when they join through it. Referrals are meant for genuinely sharing with people you know — automated signups, bulk or unsolicited messaging ("spam"), fake addresses, and self-referrals aren't allowed, and we may remove entries or void referral positions that come from them.

Fair use of the site

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe or overload the signup endpoints, misuse other people's email addresses, or misrepresent your identity. We may remove any entry from the list where these terms are broken.

Leaving the list

You can leave at any time via the unsubscribe page — your email is deleted from our database when you do.

Content and ownership

The Plantrics name, wordmark, design, and all content on this site belong to us. You're welcome to link to the site; please don't copy or reuse its content or branding without permission.

No warranties, limited liability

The site and the early-access programme are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the project evolves. The date above always reflects the current version; material changes will be announced to the list by email.

Your GDPR rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you (your email address), or withdraw the consent you gave when joining the list. Write to hello@plantrics.app and we'll act within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom — that's the fastest way out. Prefer to write instead? Email hello@plantrics.app with "unsubscribe" and we'll remove you right away, no questions asked.
